Garden Center Assoicate
We’re looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Garden Center Associate to join our team. This position involves plant care, customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the garden center. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, able to lift at least 25 lbs, and available to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with plant selection, gardening advice, and product recommendations. Training available for the right candidate.

Water, prune, and maintain plants to ensure their health and quality. Training available for the right candidate.

Unload and stock deliveries of plants.
-
Lift and transport plants, soil bags, and other garden products (up to 25 lbs).

Keep the garden center clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Monitor plant health and notify the team of any pests or diseases.

Work outdoors in all types of weather, including heat, rain, and cold.
Qualifications:

Passion for plants, gardening, and outdoor work.

Ability to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the day.

Weekend availability is required.

Previous retail, garden center, or horticulture experience is a plus but not required.

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Garden Center Associate/Cashier to join our team! This role includes plant care, assisting customers, and operating the cash register. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions, can lift at least 25 lbs, and is available to work weekends.

Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle payments accurately.
